Successful attorney in charge of several notable environmental cases, including Michie v Great Lakes Steel Corp., 495 F2d 213 [6th Cir 1974]; Bleeda v Hickman-Williams & Co., 44 Mich App 29, 205 NW2d ); Oakwood Homeowners' Association v Ford Motor Co., 77 Mich App 197, 258 NW2d ); Oakwood Homeowners' Assoc. v Marathon Oil Co., 104 Mich App 689, 305 NW2d ) and Her Majesty the Queen v City of Detroit, 874 F2d 332 [6th Cir 1989].
Guest lecturer on environmental law at many universities, colleges, meetings and
conventions.
