Contact Meeting Manager Fred Vitale Top of page =================================================== Meeting Agenda/Timeline: (subject to change) The proposed agenda includes continued emphasis on preparations for 2008 elections around media, fundraising, candidates; building and supporting locals; discussions of the issues, bylaw changes, etc. and perhaps further discussion about the annual meeting in Reading. The only requirement from the bylaws for this meeting is to revisit two or more offices held by the same people to see if we have any new volunteers. Saturday night we will get together at the home of longtime Green Party member and activist Ellis Boal for fun, food and entertainment. Top of page =================================================== Registration: Our agreement with the Dilworth does not require that anyone stay at the Dilworth. We get the free meeting room for purchasing the meals. The registration fee will be: $35/person to cover the cost of food. It is $7/person for continental breakfast (two days) and one lunch or dinner (same price) of $17/person (includes chicken or vegetarian dish, vegetable, salad, potato dish). FEE WAIVERS AVAILABLE. If possible, please consider paying more than the minimum registration fee to cover expenses for our members who need to use the fee waiver option. Any member in good standing (dues paid) who has attended a meeting within the last four quarters automatically has voting rights 2. Other members may apply to the Meeting Manager, who will request that one existing member who already has voting rights vouch for the applicant's interest in and support of the party.
