Proportional Diversity Proposal

This preregisters James Bailey, Edward Maitre and Joseph
Ditzhazy, Jr to the SQM from the Local Greens of Northwestern
Wayne County.

Could you also advise us what Douglas Campbell/Kevin Hennhan have
done with your proposals for the Convention. Mr. Campbell in a
very un-Green manner has consistently failed to respond on this
matter althoug copied on NUMEROUS occasions. These include a
Proposal that MI GREENS adopt a BYlaws such as we have here in
GNW2C which requires: November 1, 2001 Proportional Diversity As
soon as possible there shall be an equivalent number of woman and
men as members and a proportional number of blacks as reflected
in yhe US Census figure in the NW2C area and other ethnic
cultures in the Greens of Northwestern Wayne County. The Chairman
or Vice Chairman shall always be a woman and the other position a
man. Greens of Northwestern Wyame County shall continue to strive
to maintain such diversity and proportional representation in its
membership

The failure to respond to proposals for and SQM is another
indication of an undemocratic SCC that operates in secret.
